Kiama Coastal Walk

One of the best ways to experience the stunning natural beauty around Gerringong on the South Coast is on foot. The spectacular 22-kilometre Kiama Coast Walk begins at Minnamurra and wanders past headlands, rivers, beaches and Kiama town centre to Blowhole Point – then on toward the Little Blowhole, passing more beaches and bays before arriving at Werri Beach in Gerringong.

The Kiama Coast Walk is broken into three sections. The six-kilometre stretch between Gerringong and Kiama Heights takes about two hours to complete. It is a delightful trail, winding along cliff tops with ocean views and bird life. Markers at every kilometre explain the fascinating history and geology of the area. The closest starting point for this spectacular coastal walk is at the northern end of Werri Beach, near Werri Lagoon.
